Policies & Terms of Use

Booking Policy: 50% non-refundable deposit

Balance: Paid no later than 24 hours before event.

Cancellation Policy: No refund within 48 hours of booking

Cleaning/Damage Fee: $100 deposit, refundable upon inspection

Noise Policy: Music must end by 10pm sharp

Capacity Limit: Max 30–35 people seated, 40 standing
